Mr. Watson obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and has over 40 years’ experience investigating fires and explosions for the fire service, law enforcement, and private sector. He the former chair of the Technical Committee Chairman of NFPA 921 and the new NFPA Technical Committee on Fire Investigation Units. In addition, Randy serves on the NFPA Technical Committees for NFPA 1033 and the Professional Qualifications Correlating Committee.
